Where can I find my Unique Cash Back code?
Log in to your FSN Back Office Dashboard → Locate the Display Card labeled “My Savings Apps” → Copy your Unique Code exactly as it appears. (no extra spaces).

Are my Unique Code and my FSN ID the same thing?
No. The Unique Code is a one-time code used only to activate the Cash Back app. While your FSN ID is your actual membership number and is permanent to your account.
Can I register on a computer instead of a phone?
Yes. Visit the same registration links in a desktop browser and follow the same steps.
Can I use the same email and password for both apps?
Yes, you can use the same email. You may create a different password if you prefer—just remember which password belongs to which app.
Can I switch devices later?
Yes. Once registered, you can log in on multiple devices (phone, tablet, or computer) using the same credentials.
The app says “Invalid Code.” What does that mean?
Double-check you copied the Unique Code exactly (no spaces). Make sure you’re registering in the correct app (Savings vs. Cash Back). If problems persist, contact support.
I didn’t get the confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your Spam or Promotions folder. If nothing arrives within 10–15 minutes, retry the registration or contact the respective support line.
What if I lose or forget my FSN ID number or Password?
Go to the FSN login page and select ‘Forgot FSN ID or Password,’ then follow the email instructions.
Do I need to pay anything to download or use these apps?
Downloading and activating the FSN Savings and Cash Back apps is Free for FSN PRO Members. However, using the Cash Back app does require a valid payment method in the app in order to shop. For more details of how it works Click Here.

Do I need to create separate accounts for family members?
Each FSN PRO Member needs their own FSN ID and Unique Code to activate the apps.
Does the app work outside the United States?
Currently the Cash Back app is for U.S. only. The Savings app does have some International deals available for travel discounts.
Why do I need a credit card on file with the Cash Back app?
The Cash Back app (Shopping Boss) works differently from the coupon Savings app(My Deals). When you shop through the Cash Back app you pay Shopping Boss directly using your credit or debit card on file, then Shopping Boss purchases a digital gift card and pays the store on your behalf. This is how you receive instant cash-back and bonus rewards. Unlike other cash back apps/programs out there, you are earning instant cash-back on the total amount, including any taxes, fees or gratuity!
You will still also receive any normal rewards from your credit card company. So definitely Double Dip or even Triple Dip using your SAVINGS App for discount as well!
